Mia Umanos Skates into Digitaria, Literally

As manager, Umanos will lead members of Digitaria's world-class analysts to apply their deep knowledge of analytical concepts. These concepts, ranging from testing and site optimization to multi-channel analysis, are all part of the effort to create optimal measurement strategies for Digitaria's clients.

Mia Umanos joins Digitaria from Critical Mass in Chicago where she gained extensive experience providing senior level analytics consulting services for clients including Nissan, Las Vegas Tourism and Best Buy. Umanos' background in journalism and her enthusiasm for investigating complex stories led her to web analytics field. Umanos works closely with clients to design optimal measurement solutions for their website and analytics objectives.

"The goal is to help businesses that may not be sure how to track their digital marketing initiatives and guide them through the process of creating a measurement strategy. Sometimes the deliverable is a monthly scorecard or software implementation plan. Sometimes it's figuring out if they're going to do a brand affinity study or website optimization and testing. Aside from analytics, Umanos has been discovering new areas of San Diego through her love of skateboarding. Her interest skating, surfing and data visualization will make her feel at home at Digitaria.  Umanos will be managing the Achieve Analytics team within Digitaria's analytics department. The Achieve Analytics team specializes in engagements that require on-boarding clients with Web Analytics services- clients such as International Speedway Corporation (ISC), SAIC and many of the QUALCOMM Web and intranet projects.
